Hi, I'm a bit confused on how to load data from the web. I have a page in my iOS app that will be a list of restaurants. When you click on the restaurant name, it will load a link to a particular page at the restaurants web site. Pretty simple stuff. I see how in buzztouch I can create the list page, and a Custom URL - Webpage for each linked restaurant. I would rather have a list of restaurants/links that can be loaded from a file on my web site, which would make it easier to keep things updated (the links seems to change often). So, I understand that I can specify a link to a file to populate the page list. What I'm not sure of if the format of the file that I would reference. Does anybody have any thoughts on this? Thanks! Ultimately the file will need to be in JSON format because a BT screen expects that type of information. However, there are ways to point the URL to other files (like .php for example) that interact with a database to return JSON data, but that gets a bit tricky and will require some coding, etc on your part.
