creating an ipad app vs. iphone app in buzztouch - i see an iphone size app on my ipad

hi, I made an app with buzztouch, got it up and running in xcode. My goal was to make ipad app - but I don't see a setting in buzztouch to differentiate between make ipad vs. iphone app. Is that becuase im on 1.4? When I run the simulator in xcode, i'm running the ipad simulator, (so i see an ipad) but the app on the virtual ipad is iphone-sized. Is that a setting in buzztouch? or am i doing something wrong? thanks! Lindsay

While working with your screens and menus in the control panel be sure to use the large device, as opposed to small device entry fields when adding a file path or url link for things like background images, buttons, etc. Also, you'll need to make sure your images and buttons, etc. are sized (larger) for the ipad.

Hi Parker, I haven't seen any option for choosing a large device. I'm prevented from choosing larger images. e.g. 72x72 icon size in .jpg format is the only one accepted. Since the icon used in the App Store via iTunesconnect the size they require is 512x512 in a png. I'm using Xcode as thereal_LC mentioned above but see a small iPhone sized UI in the top left hand corner. Any ideas? Mark

Hi Mark, Yeah you'll have to become an Early Adopter and create a v1.5 app to get those options. There is a link that you can sign up for to become an Early Adopter in your control panel. Just click you email address on the top right of this screen and you should see it. Then just create a new v1.5 app and you'll have the options. I believe you will upload the 512x512 image separately through your developer account when uploading the app. It's not something you need to add through the buzztouch control panel. Also keep in mind that v1.5 for Android is still in a Beta release process. View the README.txt file in your project download folder for more details.

@ Parker - Yes yes yes! That makes perfect sense. Thank you very much for that.
