v 1.5 app rejected for violation of location policy #4.4

My second app is simple app to help the parents of my wife's kindergarten students practice their sight words. It was rejected for violating policy 4.4 4.4: Location data can only be used when directly relevant to the features and services provided by the app to the user or to support approved advertising uses Is there a way to turn off the location requests in buzztouch so that the app can get approved?

I just went to the Core properties>Start tracking location (turn on GPS). I turned it to off. It seems like the default is to turn it on. I hope this is the fix my app needs.

I believe that should do the trick. Just re-compile and re-submit.
