iOS Mac BT v1.4 - Can I have a retina icon?

My app is in development, and I plan on submitting it soon. Does anyone know if I can have a higher resolution icon for my app that will look good on the retina display? I did put a 114x114 icon in the config folder, and XCode will compile and send the app to my development phone, but the icon doesn't look sharp; it looks just like the 57x57 icon. I've seen forum postings about users being able to do this with BT 1.5, but I'm not quite ready to upgrade yet.

The solution isn't much different for v1.4. Have a look at this for some tips on how to get Xcode to recognize your larger icon. http://useyourloaf.com/blog/2010/6/29/updating-for-the-iphone-4-retinal-display.html

Thank you sir! With the link that you sent and a little more googling, I was able to make it work. This link: http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#qa/qa1686/_index.html Has a step-by-step for what needs to be done in Xcode to get the icon file(s) to be recognized and included in the compiled app file. I also needed to actually add the icon files to my Xcode project (oops). Your product is such an excellent solution - kudos to you and your team. I can't believe I have an app nearly ready to go after just one week! Thanks again!

Great link, thanks for sharing. We've been hard at work, but waaaaay behind, of doing better job of organizing these types of help resources. I'll add the link to the list. Glad you got your solution going, be sure to re-post when it's approved, love to see it.
