Hi Stefan, trying to figure out why the same ads in my app when clicked on turn the background all black, even turns the background image all black..my one screen is just instructions (words only) over background image....seems to only be a problem on ipad version, iphone works fine. maybe because it was compiled in Xcode version 3.2.5 ?

Thanks for the shoutout :) @ianjamespiano - Beats me. I don't see ads at all. Only on apps thats not mine (whats up with that?). I use the sam version of Xcode as you do, so that can not be the issue here. What I do that maybe differ is that I set the background settings on each specfic screens setting instead of on global theme level. I also basically use only jpgs instead of png - wherever I can since it's better on compressing file sizes. When I need transparency in pictures I use pngs. @Mackimack - You get the ads? I dont. I wonder if it's beacuse I'm the app developer or if it's because I'm in the swedish store. Are you in swedish or the american store? Test ads, that's not a good sign, since it wont pay the rent ;) I don't know why they appear. Weird though. Jepp jag bestämmer helt här (eftersom det är min egen app - ville testa det där med reklam). Jag tar gärna emot tips på design och fixningar. Tackar.

In the iAds Network screen where it gives all the data...the Revenue is the total revenue or does apple still knock their 40% off that number you see ? Thanks.

I'm only getting the test ad message. No real ads showing up. Also, suggestion for you. On your share pages, I'd edit the links to include the url to your app. You may want to use tinyurl.com to shrink the url. I'd do something like this: If you like one liners, you gotta check out this app! http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/daily1liners/id445262488?mt=8&ls=1 That's 119 characters, which is fine, but you can shorten the url too. hi Stefan, wondering if you have had any reports yet of your app with the screen going black after iads show? been clicking on your ads and cannot get it to go black like in my app (Pitch Pipe Now) in the app store...have another app i want to release but am worried about this...gonna try to set background images for each screen and cross my fingers i guess...also my app runs offline...so we'll see!!

@Ianjamsepiano - No no one has reported that to me. What disturbs me is that I can't se the adds myself. Weird

Hi Stefan, wanted to update you on my finding as far as background images with iads...i changed all my settings for each screen and went with a non-global setup like your app...unfortunately when i click on iads the background still changes to all black...at least i did my text in white this time so still readable...if you get a change could u please download Pitch Pipe Now from the app store (it's free) and see how it reacts on our devices? (ipad? iphone?) thanks!!
