APP NOT REFRESHING

Hi, One of my apps continues to fail to refresh on both the simulator and device. I have full service, internet is strong and it keeps telling me There was a problem downloading some date. Check internet connection. I've tested other apps and they refresh fine. Any Suggestions.I've even tried recompiling the data and that did Zero. Anthony

It also populates the would you like to refresh option and then gives me the error again not allowing me to refresh.

Thanks Parker but still no progress. I am populating the option if i would like to install new updates but when i click yes, it tells me to check internet connectivity. This is only happening on a single app. If i test the others they refresh fine. Can someone help.

Try checking under your apps core properties to see if the 'Report to Cloud' and 'Configuration Data' URLs are set properly. Try them with default settings just to ensure they aren't the issue.

Parker, I set all the configurations back to the BT default setting and still having an issue. I timed it,, its taking me 35 seconds to load the configurations page. I have a feeling thats my issue but what can i do to correct it.
