There are lots and lots of places you could adjust this. Are you using buzztouch v1.4 or v1.5? What type of screen are you interested in changing the font-color on? In this case, have a look at the XML layout files in the /res/layout folder. Lots of files are in this folder and all are easily edited with a text editor.
