This depends on what screen or control you want to change the font-color on? There are lots and lots of places you could adjust this. Are you using buzztouch v1.4 or v1.5? What type of screen are you interested in changing the font-color on?

I'm guessing you're on Android, buzztouch v1.4. In this case, have a look at the XML layout files in the /res/layout folder. Lots of files are in this folder and all are easily edited with a text editor. The files names are self explanatory, as far as what layout file is for what screen.
