I am on the early adopters list but it told me that I have to use it for iOS applications only. I do not own a Mac computer so there is no way for me to make applications for iOS. I can submit your iOS apps for you for free (If you enable iAds), or a $10 one-time fee. I also include basic support (Ex: making an icon), and will take screenshots for you on my iPad and iPhone, as well as test your app to make sure there are no bugs.
