How to save field values from a HTML form ?

My first Buzztouch project...and I would like to create a Property List (plist)to save and retrieve data from a field value entered on a HTML form. I don't know how to create a plist utilizing BT. Xcode tutorials on the matter suggest starting a new project.Any ideas ? Thanks :)

The project you downloaded, the app you created with buzztouch, is an iOS app. Creating Property List files or any other class files in this project is exactly the same thing as any other iOS project. However, creating .plist files is one thing, writing code to save data entered in HTML to those .plist files is another thing altogether. If you're asking how to create an HTML form that saves data to a .plist file, I can't help, never done it before ;-) Do any of the tutorials you found discuss this approach to saving data? If so, I think thats the place to start.

I'd settle for emailing the form data. If O could find an example of HTML code that maybe would gather the data from my HTML form and fire off an email including it that qould work. Help if you can! ;) Thnks.

@CogDog - Thanks.Neat idea. But sending the data via email would positively kill the appeal of the App as the info is personal and confidential.

'auto-magic' outbound emails are not doable in iOS. The user will always have to 'view' the email compose sheet and to address before manually hitting send. But, an HTML form that gathers the data, posts it to your server-side .php script is super common. The server side script sends the email then prints and html 'thank you' message. Google HTML Form to Email for tons of examples.
