Maps from a website

Hello I am planning my app and am wondering how I would best go about adding my mapped functions. My website is railroutes.info and we map good places to watch trains in action. An example would be www.railroutes.info/map/primary-map Would I feed this as a custom URL or is there a more fancy way to integrate this to function with device GPS.

Try the Google Maps API in custom html pages...http://code.google.com/apis/maps/ Most of it is copy/paste and customize whatever features you need.

Yes, Google Maps is the way to go. Buzztouch has a very easy interface for you to link to a Lat & Long position. I don't think you'll need a custom url.

Ok, my site already has data being entered into an already made map. I want to dynamically referance locations close-by for a user.

Hi Ron_P: See this post: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=65181E4ADF97874B08E6D2B it discusses exactly what you're talking about. Totally doable with v1.5
