Buzztouch noob - a few questions

Hey guys, Just like to say a massive thanks to everyone involved with Buzztouch i've been snooping around the site/forums for a few days and it sounds great! Anyways i'm new to the forum in from the UK and i'm only 16 but looking to get into making some apps and I think I have found the right place :) I want to make an app where users can view videos from a youtube channel/playlist now I think this is possible by using an RSS feed from youtube which will of course automatically update when new vids are uploaded, am I correct in thinking that? Also in another part of the app I want to have a searchable database type thing. I have a spreadsheet (which could be converted into a database) at the moment full of data and I would like people to be able to type in a name and find data on that specific item/person. Now is this possible using Buzztouch or would I have to code this myself? I know a little C but no objective-c at all which am sort of eager to learn but I know it will take a long time. Anyway thanks for your time spent reading this - any reply will be appreciated. thanks a lot, James

Oh also sorry for the double post but I see 1.5 has more features and this may sound stupid but I don't use my facebook anymore, is there any other way I can access the new cp? thanks again!

HI in London. I'm guessing you spent some time tinkering with v1.5. It's hard to advise how to implement your searching thing you mentioned above. The Search Screen in v1.5 allows you to search screens you create and it searches their nicknames. If you want to search content in a spreadsheet you'll be best to host the data online then post an HTML form to a backend script. The backend script would output the results in HTML to show the user.
