If the name you enter in the control panel is not available, choose a unique name and go with that. Next, before uploading your app to Apple, you'll adjust the 'name' of it in the info.plist file in Xcode along with entering the app's 'name' in the Apple control panel. This means you'll be fine and don't need to worry too much about the buzztouch name in the control panel.
