Is this possible?

I'm trying to create my first app, but I have no idea how to implement my idea. I want to create a database of sorts. I want to be enable the app user to enter data (e.g. - weight, height, etc)and track progress. I would also like to add a specialized calculator (the user enters a number, calculations are done in the background, and the answer is provided). Looking at the options provided by Buzztouch, there seems no way to do these types of things. But since I'm new to Buzztouch, I want to verify that is correct. If it is, what do I need to do to get started? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would use html pages in your app and call a web application from the data. You're only limited by what you can do on a web site. Almost all apps combine some portion of local and web accessible content into an app. Best to read up on some mobile application development books to get into a mobile frame of mind. That will have you rethink your app to fir the mobile environment as well.

I imagine you could get this to work through the use of buzztouch custom html pages on your app connected to an actual database somewhere. It'll take a bit of work and coding on your end though. Try doing some google searches on the topic.

Yeah, agree with the above, you need an online database, form management & calculator & then link to that from BT App using Custom URL/Webpage

@Bloodbath: If you don't have a backend, or need to start testing some forms for gathering info, you could try making an online form here: http://www.emailmeform.com/ then seeing how it does / doesn't work for you? They seem to offer a simple service and way to create an online form...just an idea.

Thanks for everyone's help. I am going to explore all options provided and work from there. If you become aware of any other sites (such as provided By Mr Book)or have any other ideas, I would appreciate hearing them. Thanks again. Your help is very appreciated.

Look at formsite.com for a form input with a page results option. They have documentation for mobile device usage as well.
