If you want to compile your apps onto your local devices you will need a developer account. Then download the certificate it creates for you to sign your apps. Then you can compile straight from Xcode onto your devices.

This has been asked many times in the forum, just search upload. In the meantime, have you compiled your app in xcode and tested it in the simulator and the device? If not you need to start there, look at the videos on buzztouch. If you have, you can google your question for many many videos on how to do this. But... here is the short short version to get you going 1. log onto itunes connect and enter details on your new app 2. find the (your project name).app file in buzztouch and zip it 3. open the application loader program that comes with xcode 4. upload the zip file 5. you'll probably get lots of errors here about developers and certificates and what not-> go to youtube or iphone developer's forums 6. once the file is uploaded itunes connect will say your app is waiting for review 7. sit back and wait for apple (could take weeks)
