IPA is invalid

When I archive my app I get the following message: Unable to process application at this time due to the following error: The IPA is invalid . It does not include a payload directory. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I have experienced this before, to get it solved add this to your BT_info.plist : Key: LSRequiresIPhoneOS Value: YES

Thanks, but I've already tried that and it still gives the same error message. Very odd

Make sure you have "Application requires iPhone environment" also in the info settings as per this link image shown here. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/50030786/screenshot533.jpg

Started from scratch - downloaded code - edited plist file and it works Submitted to app store - odd thing is had warning about 64 bit when I built with standard architecture Waiting to see if it goes through ok

I had the same issue with the architecture. I cant recall how i fixed it, i'll take a look when i'm home. I'm unsure if it will be rejected but suspect it might be. The wisest thing to do is eradicate all warnings before it goes to apple - not within the project but within the upload process. Having submitted my first build since upgrading both xcode and to yosemite the other day, the upload process took me a while, including codesign issues, the same invalid ipa warning and the architecture issue. A 5 minute process took the obligatory hours which I expect everytime xcode gets an upgrade. I also fixed the payload issue with Key: LSRequiresIPhoneOS in the info.plist as also suggested by kaybee. The only issue i sent mine off with was the fact that in the iPhone 6 Plus simulator it did not load the project remotely correctly. I'll soon find out if this was a project issue or a simulator issue!

The 64 bit issue will not affect your app approval. The message states that from Feb you will need to have it available in 64 bit too.
