Hi Phil, We have not yet looked into all the iOS 5 features. We are and hope to leverage some of this. Subscriptions, Messages and some other exciting things are coming.

Yeah...lots of folks are doing and looking to do what you're describing. Anythings possible. I guess the best thing to do is continue to stay enthusiastic and push your limits a bit. It amazes me how quickly some of our users pick up on all the ways to approach their individual situations. buzztouch for sure is a great way to get an app up-n-running and thousands of them are in the wild. Some are not too sophisticated and others are leveraged in ways we don't even realize. Stick with it, tinker around with your downloaded project and you'll end up solving lots of your individual challenges in no time ;-0

im guessing it will start with some code inserted into the xCode that buzz has generated? ill be looking to start with selling digital content that will unlock and deliver to the purchasers iTunes account.. THE SERVER SIDE CONTENT looks to be a tad complicated for now!! p

Yup. a) Create a simple project in buzztouch so you can get something running b) Exlore the downloaded project to get a feel for how it's put together c) Investigate Apple's InAppPurchase process. d) Modify your project to sell the videos, audio, media that you embed in the Xcode project and upload with the app to the app store The tough part of new folks is getting all the details worked out with the necessary views and screens required to 'buy' your content. It's no small task to figure this out. What users tap on to buy may sound simple but it's a complex thing doing all the programming to contact apple's backend, approve the purchase etc. Objective C progamming isn't hard but does take time to learn.

my plan is to complete the buzz app with all the functionality simulated.. then do the deep dive!! I may put the first app up with free content to test the market... thanks for the responses.. your app builder is great.. im a long time dig software user, and although this is new.. its not tooooo complex.. I did get the hardware approved and running over the weekend.. so thats a start phil

oh and I wonder what is the ideal width for an html text doc to show at full width in portrait view on the iPhone?

For menu navigation, yes, the previous selection should be highlighted. Example: Visit the settings app, tap a setting, go back...still highlighted. Ideal width for HTML is tough, depends on the layout. However, if you want to lock-down the size, the iPhone is 320 x 480
