My app is rejected second time for the same reason!!!

Dear, Can you help me, please? This is the second time my app is rejected because of 4.4: Location data can only be used when directly relevant to the features and services provided by the app to the user or to support approved advertising uses When it is rejected in the first time, I made search in this website and follow the instruction I found that is go to App Core Properties and Chose that Start Tracking Location (turn on GPS)⇒then I chose No, do not start GPS on launch. I thought the problem is solved so I resubmitted my app. Today, I received e-mail form apple say that my app is rejected for the same reason that is the location. Can any one help me to solve this problem, please? Thanks,

I just fix the problem but did not redownload the source code with the update. Do I need to download the source code with the update and resubmit the new one?

@Shary. That will be a good approach. When my app got rejected I redid the whole process. Download source code, compile and rebuild the project, zip it again and send that new file to apple. That will fix it. Let us know how it goes. /Stefan

It sounds lime they are rejecting not for technical reasons but because the gps or map fun film needs to be more closely related to the apps function. I'm leRning to interpret Apples rejections myself so I know it's frustrating. Include a link to a screenshot of the app and how the location feature relates to the content and some forum members can help.
