Yes, you can. An RSS feed is nothing more than a list of items that load a BT_web_view.m file when tapped. Have a look at BT_screen_rssReader.m and the method didSelectRowAtIndexPath and you'll see what I mean. It's a complex question, and not for a non-progammer, but you you could: a) Load a normal menu, one that you created in the conrol panel. b) Find the cached configuration file for this screen in your simulators documents directory. This will show you the format of the JSON data for a menu. c) Create a new menu that pulls from your websiste instead of the control panel. Use the dataURL to do this. d) Create a file at that dataURL that outputs the dynamic menu. Each item in this menu would 'load screen by nickname' We have not done a very good job of documenting this type of usage but it is doable with some skill.
