if yes how much can i charge

Sure, it's yours to do whatever you want with. There are lots of folks using buzztouch to create apps for clients, you can too. As far as what to charge, I have no idea. I've seen apps for $10,000 and apps for $1, all depends on what you're providing for your clients I guess? Seems reasonable to me that if you can provide a good service and make a nice app, a client should pay at least several hundred dollars for it. Next, you should work out a plan to keep the content current and your client could pay you for this service. LOTS of people doing this. a) Sell the app (at a low cost if you want to sell lots of them) b) Charge a monthly fee to take care of it's content, updates, etc Be sure to be mindful of Apple's perspective. I can tell you from experience that if you begin to submit literally cookie-cutter-copies of the same app, with a different name, they will begin to reject you. The trick is to take the time to create a unique app for each of your clients so you're not copy-pasting into the App Store. Hope this helps.
