v1.5 - - Problem downloading data... Where to look to correct?

I usually pop the app on my iPhone and test the changes and screens on the fly as changes are made. Apparently, I missed something, because I get an error There was a problem downloading data. Check your internet connection then try again. My internet connection is fine. . . Where should I look to fix this? Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Rely on the console. With the app running in Xcode, simulator or device connected, open the console. Run Menu > Console It should show you some info about the error.

@DPinoh How many Buzztouch screens do you have? You remember your post *perplexed by inability to update*. The internet connection error is what I got before I changed the timeout limitation within the project. I found I start seeing this error at about 300ish screens.

This App is just being built - about 30 screens. The issue seems to pop up when pasting text into the HTML screen and saving it. It just does mysterious things Whether I paste directly in the screen or in the pop up box. . .

30 screens isn't heavy at all. Not the an issue. We think we have the HTML editor issue that surfaced over the weekend worked out (lots of folks reporting 'all good'). This means you should be able to create a Custom HTML screen, load it's settings, click the SOURCE button in the editor, paste, save. If this isn't working, you could try refreshing your browser (clear cache?) to be sure the updated Editor loads? Just a thought. If you still have trouble...maybe email the html doc. your pasting to info 'at' buzztouch.com and we'll get a look? Gotta be something easy.

David, I have a similar issue with gallery image titles showing but not the images. The images were showing fine before I added titles. It seems to be random and only happens on some of the images in a slideshow of say 20 to 30 images (all pulled in via url). Also even though I say, display at bottom using font size 12, it sometimes displays the image title at the top again using the default size of 18. I have tried clearing cache, disable wi-fi, re-download source code. Test on simulator, ipad , ipod but no solution that sticks yet. It might be an issue with images in an image gallery that previously did not have titles....When I add titles the image don't show, just the no-cloud-access-icon, but only for some of them. Again before the titles were added, all the images were displaying fine...It seems to be a time-out/refresh problem. The APP is called Mobile 101. Just click through some of the artist galleries and you will soon see the missing ones ie with titles but no image. Any other ideas?

Had this conversation awhile ago with the same issue, don't remember the app owner. You have the same issue they had, spaces in file names. Images like this one: phoca_thumb_l_monster 60x48 acrylic on canvas 2010.jpg Will not work. The files names for the images cannot contain spaces in the names. iOS 'freaks out' when it comes to URL formatting and spaces in the names kill it everytime ;-)

Ok thanks Dave. I will change them. However, they work fine without titles...
