You could try hacking around a bit in the BT_Objects > BT_cell_menuList.m file. The text is held in two fields. One is called titleLabel and the other is called descriptionLabel. You could try changing or adding [descriptionLabel setTextAlignment:UITextAlignmentLeft]; to UITextAlignmentCenter (I don't think the titleLabel has an alignment property set so you'll need to add it. This may or may not work. The layout of each cell is a sophisticated process and I'm worried that changing this one property won't necessarily center anything.
