Hi, I would like to change a name in a screen list but my app works only in offline mode so I can not use buzztouch. I have tried to change it in config.txt (where I found the spelling error that I have to change) but when I build the app, changing that I made does not appear in the app. What can I do? Hi. Assuming you're working with buzztouch v1.5 / iOS... a) Are you sure the app is reading the data from the BT_config.txt file in the Xcode project and not from a version it downloaded before you removed the dataURL in the config file? Be sure to delete everything in the simulators documents directory before wasting time because you didn't realize it was using a cached config file. My simulator keeps files here, your path is probably close: /Users/davidbook/Library/Application Support/iPhone Simulator/4.2/Applications b) After verifying nothing is in that directory, check for the type on the BT_config.txt file that came with your download. Should be an easy find? c) You could also just re-visit your control panel for this app. Core Properties > Configuration Data URL > Show the Configuration Data. This will show you the latest version of your config data if you make changes in the control panel. Because your app works offline only, simply copy-n-paste this data to your BT_config.txt file in the Xcode project.
