Header Image Upload Problem

I have tried to upload a header image both w a URL & by adding to Xcode files. I also added the dimensions of the image. Both ways I see a space where the image should be and a ? symbol. The image is a .jpg. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks for any help in advance.

First, make sure to put only one or the other, not both URL/XCode (You may already be doing this). Is this in simulator, or on an already published app? If its on an already published app, then it'll need an apple update. Assuming you're using the simulator, did you put the files DIRECTLY into Xcode? It does nothing to put them into the Buzztouch folder youdownloaded. They need to be dragged into the project itself. Lastly, and I'm not sure if this matters, but I would save your jpg as a png, since that seems to be the Buzztouch standard. Hopefully that helps!

Thanks. Everything else was right, maybe png is the problem. Off to check!

Both .jpg and .png works well - but its worth to test @TheHooglers advice.

Same problem, no way that the header image appear in the app. I added image to Xcode folder from simulator. I also added the dimensions of the image. Tried both png and jpg, image is 300x150
