If you made an app you have to view it using the simulator that comes with xcode, or put it onto your iphone/ipad. You need an apple developer license ($99) to do this. It was an early idea about a year ago and we removed it for several reasons. When it's back, it will allow you to do what you're talking about - preview your apps.
