Location Map - Repurposing the Show User Location Button

I want to repurpose the Show User Location Button on the Map Plugin toolbar so that when you tap it it sets off a different action than showing the user's location. Does anyone know where I can find the controlling code for the button? I'm hoping to find it in BT_screen_map.m. Searched and did't find it however...
