I was literally lying in bed last night when this question popped into my head... If I have an application utilizing the "Launch Native App" plugin, which opens up a map on Google Maps, how exactly do iOS6 devices translate this information? Will it launch in iOS6 map application? I've seen a user saying that it opens the new native maps app, but I have apps using maps for directions and it opens google maps on safari.
