Like in Google merchant account I can get the list that who has purchased with amount. In there any kind of reporting tool in Apple like Google? As inapp requires an internet connection when the sale is a success send some info to your own server/database. The information you are requesting won't be made available by Apple. Also, don't run afoul of the hidden setting for "Limit Ad Tracking" for advertisers. Look in the Settings app, Privacy, Advertising. I can envision Apple saying your tracking technique is not respecting that particular setting.
