Lost in the legalese (selling an app.)

So I am new to this and think I have a few ideas for some killer apps. Unsure if giving buzztouch a license to publish an app. I create undermines my attempts to sell it in the future. Can anyone translate this section of the TOS for me in plain english? buzztouch does not claim ownership of the Content you place on or within your control panel. By submitting Content to buzztouch for inclusion in your online control panel, you grant buzztouch a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting on buzztouch's Internet properties.

WIthin the forum and FAQ Buzztouch makes it clear that the content you create using Buzztouch software is yours to license and sell. That part of the TOS may exist so that Buzztouch could use the likeness of your app for self promotion, but it does not affect your rights to sell and market your app. Create and sell the hell out of them :)

@ TheHoogler: Well said. @ MG6455: Your question is valid and we appreciate your attention to detail. The key here is the 'solely for the purpose of displaing, distributing and promoting on buzztouch's internet properties.' This means we are reserving the right to show your app's name (or possibly content) on our website. We have not done much of this but don't want to limit ourselves. The idea is that we may be able to help folks promote their apps and shouldn't have to ask any publishers permission to list their app on our site. This is very very different than 'owning' your content. Hopes this helps clarify it a bit.
