I have compiled my app and have gone onto Google Market to launch. I need to understand the .apk step to complete the deal. Creating an APK is super-easy with Eclipse. a) Hightlight the project b) Right / Command click to produce the options menu c) Near the bottom choose Android Tools > Export Signed Application This process will walk you through a few steps and create a .APK file. You can do several things with this file. You could upload it to the Market, put in on your website, etc. The .APK is the compiled application that devices install. Comments Cool.
