The screens that support ads (list menu's, content pages) have an advertising option at the bottom. 'Include Advertisements on this screen' This choice works with iAd. When you run in the simulator you'll see test-ad-benners served by Apple. It sometimes takes a few seconds for Apple to serve up the test-ad-banner you'll see in the simulator but it'll show eventually. When you compile with your applications App Id (from Apple) and run it on a device the test ads served by Apple will magically turn into real ads and you'll magically turn into a millionaire if enough folks dig your content.
