Forum image upload problem

Hello. I am attempting to become an early adopter. It appears that I need a forum image to post on the webpage. I continue to get an error message when trying to upload a forum (profile) image. I have tried several different images (yes they were JPEG format). Thanks... just want to be an early adopter if there is another way besides posting on facebook I would appreciate the insight. sincerly merickson

Could be saved in the wrong color space, CMYK or perhaps it's 16 bit and needs to be 8 bit. Sorry if it's all Greek, but I am a photographer by trade.

I think somethign else is going on. MercedesAMG - didn't mean to waste any of your time but it does look like something is wrong on our end. We're looking into it after hearing the same issue form several others. I guess we've made you an image-save-expert by now! Oops.
