Sticky Threads

David, Ever consider making some forum threads sticky? We see a lot of repeated posts because people haven't bothered to search the forum, but, if the most common problems are on top, in bold, and super obvious, maybe people will see them and not make as many repeated posts (I mean, how many times do you want to see people asking about early adopter list?) Just a thought that might make your time scouring the forums a little easier :)

Yup. We've just begun to do exactly this. We started categorizing posts on our end so we can develop a list of common things, categories, etc. This is important but we needed a few thousand posts (in our opinion) before the effort made any sense.
