I have created a form on a custom HTML screen. When a user clicks submit, I'd like them to be redirected to a different screen in my app. Is that possible? Just havn't done it yet ;-). The idea is that you can 'trap' links when they are clicked before the browser loads the page. This allows you to intercept the tap and fire your own built-in method.
