What about updates after submitting the app to Apple?

My app is about a touristic place -Alacati- which is in Cesme, Izmir, Turkiye. I only have to add the hotels and some other stuff to finish the app. The menus, colors, navbar and everything is at their final stage. Final app will have like 100 places(hotels, restaurants, banks...) but what I wonder is: -Should I add all of them and then send the app to Apple? -Or can I add like 50 of them now and add the rest during approvement?(Will the guys at Apple update my app when it prompts for an update or will they ignore it and disapprove my app, treat it like an unfinished app?)

If you leave your app exactly how you downloaded it (with the Buzztouch Data URL intact), then your app will be updated as soon as you make an update on the Buzztouch control panel. I submitted my app with only about 10% of my locations finished (50/500ish), and Apple accepted it on the first try. I was even able to update my app in the period between submission and acceptance. You should be fine!

Actually it's a good idea to not have all of that data entered before submission. Making those changes after the fact allows them to see how the app updates itself dynamically from the internet.
