Screen not found

Buzztouch 1.5, IOS - - my app Fish Finder has been live on app store. I reloaded it on my Iphone, and now several screens (menus and htmls mostly) show screen not found. This seems to be a new development today. Since it is live, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It actually seems like my app is falling apart... Random screens say Screen not found, and several of my url screens now say can't be found on this server (even though they test fine in browser) Also, has anyone else been getting (There was a problem downloading some data from the internet. IF you're not connected to the internet, connect then try again).? This only started a couple weeks ago, and it only happens on my app (everything else on the phone that uses internet has no problems at all). It'll usually update after 4-5 times of reloading, but... still...

Something isn't right (obvisously). There haven't been any changes on our end that would cause the 'screen not found' troubles your describing. There have been some issues reported on some Custom TEXT and Custom HTML screens where the character set wasn't updated propertly during the massive data migration we did Sunday night (5 days ago). So... as usual, start with the Console to try to nail-down what screens can't be found, etc.

I'm sorry, I'm still not that app literate. Well, I'm not sure if its just my end. Its a free app, if you want to test it outside of the Buzztouch system. Now, what do you want me to do with console? (you'll have to be specific for this dummy) :P

The console just shows you all sorts of info about what's happening when your app runs. This sometimes helps figure out what's wrong when it's not behaving the way you expect. Run the app in the simulator with the Console open. TONS of info is printed to the console and it can be overwhelming. However, you can get a pretty good idea of what's happening with each click by 'clearing the console' then tapping something in the app. With each tap you'll see a smaller amount of info to show you what the app is doing. Example: You tap a menu item and the simulator says 'screen not found' The console would probably output something like the file name it was looking for, where it was looking for it (online or in the project) etc. Just a good tool to figure out the troubles.

Hm.. okay. I'll give that a try. It still seems weird that that would be a sudden occurrence. Both menus and custom htmls. Would you have any idea why my app might be having difficulty connecting to the web as well? (when all my other apps/browsers work fine?) Update: Everything works great in simulator, except that I still get the message There was a problem downloading some data... Update 2: So, apparently apps hate me sometimes. While the internet thing has existed for a couple weeks, the screens missing thing started today. So, I deleted the last custom html screen I built today (the one I wanted to test and when all the problems began). After deleting it, I was able to refresh my app, and everything works again.
