To build a game is extrememly complicated i think, you'd never find a online app-builder that built you games. Games require extensive knowledge of Objective-C with Cocoa Touch etc... It took me almost six months to develop my first game and it is very intensive the more actions and graphic abilities you want to include. You can try Torque or Game Salad to cut out some of the backend work. Comments iced breeze is right.
