Nasty Configuration Data Issue; Can't fix! (iOS 1.5)

Hi guys, Long story short I had previously tried to delete dataURL from the BT_config.txt file for my project. Since then I ran into an error code and descided to delete my project source code and re-download. Since re-downloading (many times), I can not run my App on iPhone or the Simulator. I am just presented with the error code 'The configuration data for this application is invalid.' The version I had submitted to Apple was successful today however Im not jumping for joy because I need to make some needed changes and can not currently do this with the above problem. Please help! Many thanks.

I think I may have found the problem, hasn't fixed yet but I think it might have something to do with 'white space' in the BT_config.txt file. I'll update when I know.

Yikes...I'll be online late tonight and can jump in as needed. Re-post what you find.

The problem turned out to be 'white space'. This was of my own doing while disconnecting my App from the BT Control Panel. However... It doesn't explain why once I re-downloaded my project 4-5 times, I still had the same problem. I left it a few hours then tried again and the problem seemed to have vanished. I could swear that Xcode 4 somehow caches the issue even though it had been fixed. Theres no way that the edited BT_config.txt file would have been in a fresh copy of my Source code downloaded from Buzztouch. Yet that somehow is what it seemed like. Strange...
