Header image animation.

Hi David Do you think it be possible to get a animation function in the header image?? Example you have 10-20 images that loops 1 or 2 times or you can set the duration in the controll panel?

Good idea! I added it to the list for future stuff. But, if you want to do this today it's not tough IF the images in added to the Xcode project and will not need changing from the control panel. a) Wait until we implement YOUR awesome idea. b) Drag 20 images in your project and set them up to animate. They will always behave the same way and will not be changeable without an App Store update. If b) is appealing...I'll show you how to pull this off. (it's not a big deal)

if I take 20 images into xcode project, do I have the animation on all the header image screens? you're welcome to tell me how I will do that!

Lets do it on one screen, then we can add others. This will be easier to get going. I'll post an example when I get back this eve.

Didn't get to this tonight....hope to tomorrow. Got invited to a very fun Silicon Valley Tech Meetup - we presented. We ignored the forum for a few hours and had a BLAST in the Valley. Nudge the post tomorrow if you don't see anything from me.

Spinning head ----- sooooo funny. Glad it works. Looks like it won't be too tough to get it working in the control panel eventually. Our idea is to allow you to enter the list of images to use then choose the animation type. Fade, curl, slide, flip, etc. Your spinning head is 'swapping' each image and works good in this situation. There are other situations where an app owner would want to move more elegantly from image-to-image. bye for now.

Just implemented a header image array and all works really well when testing on iphone. I then put a larger image for the ipad and would love to have the same array effect, but I'm not sure how to modify the code so it doesn't default back to the smaller phone size images specified in the array in the BT_screen_menulist page? Seems like a single static image will show and then start the animation array I set up for the ipheon, which looks too small :( Thanks in advance for any nudges in the right direction Patrick
