Found a bug with image gallery... I guess.

I've added an image gallery to the app. While viewing images, tapping image once sends the navbar background(disappears). If you tap again, it reappears and when you tap back you go to the main menu. But... If you tap once(the navbar disappears) and tap the left-most icon on the tab menu(the lower menu)the navbar on the main menu is still invisible. To correct this you have to go to the image gallery again and tap the screen until back button is visible on the navbar. I tried to explain with my limited English, and don't really know if this is a bug or not. But if it is, I'll be happy that I contributed to the development of buzztouch v1.5 :) PS: Tried this with iPhone 4 & iOS 4.3.2 only...

Great observation! This is not 'broken' but may not behave the way you expect. Generally speaking, if you're using a tabbed layout, you should not use an Image Gallery as the home screen for a tab. It's usually best to use a menu list or a menu buttons as the home screen for each tab. Or, an HTML Doc, or some other kind of content. The reason is that Images are designed to be viewed 'full screen' so they get the users full attention. Tab-bars along the bottom of image galleries are usually distracting. The solution: Create your tabbed app, use a menu for the home screens, then, point a menu item to an Image Gallery. Next, in the Image Gallery itself, select the 'Hides Bottom Bar' option in the Navigation Bar / Status bar settings for the Image Gallery screen. Hope this makes sense. With that being said... it does make sense that the app would be smart enough to know that it's no longer on the Gallery and therefore should re-display the Navigation bar if it's not set to be hidden on that screen. I'll see if I can make some adjustments to accomodate this but I dont' think it's an easy fix ;-)
