IOS rejected: app declares support for audio in the UIBackgroundModes key in your Info.plist, but no audible content is played

Hello - my app was rejected by Apple - here's what they said: We found that your app uses a background mode but does not include functionality that requires that mode to run persistently. This behavior is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. They said my app declares support for audio in the UIBackgroundModes key in my Info.plist, but no audible content is played when the application is in the background ...and that the audio background mode is meant for applications with audio streams. So I must have accidentally added an audio file to one of my screens? I'm hoping this is an easy fix...looking through screens now. (Did the app in 1.5v) (this is my second app - first one is in the store :) )

Linda- Look here for this topic is previously discussed. It's an easy fix but it is enabled by default. http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=3A9FC6B399AAE2A3ADC1C69&status=&searchInput=audio&sortColumn=FT.dateStampUTC&sortUpDown=DESC¤tPage=1&doViews=1 Apple's approval process is a bit different with each person reviewing as well as it's changing constantly, so one moth you might have no problem submitting and the next, they have altered their requirements and now an app with the same setup is denied. At least they have started to give specific reasons for the denial.
