X Code 4 get info, signature keys,

I'm having tons of issues with X Code 4. I'm new to app building but I already have 3 apps on the market (thanks to your software and tutorials), I did two of those the first day of looking into building apps. I just got a mac so I could make apps for the app store and I can't seem to figure out X Code. The tutorials that you guys produced look totally different then what I'm looking at. I can't find a get info button anywhere and don't know to export the app. Please Help!!!

You don't have to export the app in XC4 anymore. It is handled as an archive file in the Organizer where you can validate the app then upload it by just clicking a couple of buttons.

Yes... Xcode 4 changed some basic parts of the process. It's the same idea at it's core but the interface changed making it more difficult to understand for people that just learned Xcode 3. The 'info' buzztouch in Xcode three simply opened the Build Settings for your app. In Xcode 4, open the build settings by double clicking your project. Same idea as Xcode 3 after that. Adjust you provisioning profilie, code-signing, etc. in the build settings just as before.

When you build that app in Xcode 4 (build it just like in xCode 3) expand the Prodocts node in the project files list. You should see your project. Command-click then Show In Finder. This will show you were it's outputing the binary to on your computer.

ok David, Thanks for all of your help (and making your code open source). Just for clarification. I've never used Xcode 3 or any Xcode for that matter. I ran through the android app because your videos were awesome and showed exactly what to do (I'm a total visual learner). all the resources on the internet, including apple's, are for xcode 3. Is there a way you could put together a checklist for getting your app to the app store? I think that would help me and individuals that come after me. Thanks in advance Brent

When I open the products node the app name is red and the show in finder is grayed out. I think my issue lies in building the app. I know how to build the app and test it. but I think I'm missing a step.
