iOS opening a web page shows an image, but it needs to be larger

when I link to a web page showing a dynamic image (wait times for a local crossing), the image shown is too small and you need to double-tap it to enlarge it to fill the screen and be readable. Is there a way to set the app to automatically make this happen? I really need this in my app, but as it is, it's just not working. thanks in advance (iOS, buzztouch 1.5)

If it's your own website you can add this code. <meta name=viewport content=width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=1.0; user-scalable=0;> If you link to a website that does not feel that you have a mobile device So there are no settings for this in BT1.5 I hope this help you.
