Application rejected from Apple

Hallo, I have received this message from Apple: 2.2 We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. An error alert appears notifying the user that content was not downloaded and to make sure an internet connection is established. This occurs when the user has a strong connection. 2.16 We found that your app uses a background mode but does not include functionality that requires that mode to run persistently. This behavior is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. We noticed your app declares support for audio in the UIBackgroundModes key in your Info.plist, but no audible content is played when the application is in the background. The audio background mode is meant for applications with audio streams, like radio applications. It would be appropriate to provide audible content to the user while the app is in the background or remove the audio setting from the UIBackgroundModes key. Note that this is the second time that I upload the app to Apple. The first time they found 2.16 error and I have followed your advice and in Info.plist I Have removed the UIBackgroundModes item but seems that the error persist. The 2.2 error is strange because tha app goes in offline mode but they found a bug reporting the following message: There was a problem downloadig some data from the internet. If you are not connected to the internet, connect then try again. How can fix the problem? Thank you in advance Guido

2.16 is easy. Because your app is not using background audio, remove the UIBackgroundModes entry in the BT_info.plist file. This entry is not necessary with apps that don't have background sound. 2.2: Who knows. As usual, you'll need to dig around to figure out what screen they are seeing this message on. No way to know without finding the screen and seeing the cause. Clearly, one of the screens, or the app itself, is looking for some data online that wasn't included in the project.

Hi David, every screens (except html screens) show this message, if I tap okay in error message the app works fine, it means that it cache well every data but seems it is searching something to download; maybe is not enough delete configuration data url and report to cloud url in config file. The question is. Is there any other way to prevent that the app search something to download? Thank you Guido

Look at the BT_config.txt file that your app is using. If any screens or images use a dataURL they will look for content online.
