Android version 1.5 - estimate on when available?

Hi there - I just uploaded my first app in v1.5 - the 2011 Pocket Guide - See Shenandoah National Park - to iTunes. The app is set up to run without an Internet connection - because you can't access the Web from those beautiful mountains (unless you're in one of the lodges). Your beta version was wonderful to work in - loved being able to create tabs and easily add documents. I would like to create an Android version of the app, but I am wondering if I should wait until you offer it in your new version or should I create it in the earlier version - and if I do that, I wonder how difficult it will be to set it up so that it does not need an internet connection? (I have 2 apps live now in the early version - one in iTunes and the other in the Android Marketplace - search for nvdaily or Northern Virginia Daily). Thank you so much for your service!

Sounds awsome. No news on a release date for v1.5 / Android. It would be super-tough to rig up a v1.4 app to work offline. It's an early release and we just didn't engineer it to work that way. We're hoping that a few weeks from now we can start working with Android. When we're done with this you won't have to re-create anything in your control panel. Just like v1.4, you'll have two downloads available. HTML5 Web App version coming after Android ;-)
