The good news is... if you have the Android / Eclipse setup and running, and have successfully compiled in Debug, tested in sim, device, etc. this will be easy. You could also do a quick Google Search for the same question: 'how to sign my app' and get hundreds of turorials. It goes like this... a) Highlight the project in Eclipse b) Right / Command (mac) click the Project name to produce the context menu c) Scroll down to Android Tools > Export Signed Application Package d) Choose the project to export e) Create a 'New' keystore f) Continue through the step-by-step wizard until complete. When you're done, you'll have a signed .apk file. This is the file you upload to the market for market distribution or put on your website for browser-based distribution. If you put this file on your website, then navigate to it with your devices native browser, you can install the app without the Market. To do this, your device will need to 'Allow non-market apps' This is a setting you can adjust on your phone.
