Does the message show the first time the app is loaded, like right after getting it from iTunes. Or, does it do this when it tries to refresh it's data? I'll save you the long story but give you the short one... Internatioanl Characters are killing us. We've spent a ton of time trying to get a solution worked out for everyone, including those in countries that use characters outside the Western English character set and keyboard. Think accents (South America), shapes (Asia, Eastern Europe), interesting marks above letters (Scandanavia) and all sorts of stuff we don't type in the US. When outputing these values to the phones they must be transformed in all sorts of creative ways. It's easy when only working with one keyboard, we're trying to work with hundreds (yes, hundreds of countries are using this thing). An adjustment was made a bit ago that broke your app's output (your's and tons of others). Just re-downloaded and re-tested. All good on this end.
