license agreement

As fellow developers, do you feel the license agreement embedded is sufficent to license the created app out to businesses or should I consider other avenues? What have any of you done to ensure your app is protected? You guys are awesome!

I have put the licence/user agreement in the root.plist inside the settings.bundle. See the Facebook app and you will see what they did.

By the way, I am wondering...This is probably very stupid question, but I have no experience with apple store validation. Eventually when we submit our app to Apple with source code,we have to leave Licence and copyrights from Buzztouch? Or we remove that during the submiting app ?
