I think my browser is outdated?

Have some years experience with VB, PHP and the like. When I access 'my apps' from the menu I get the simulator to the right and everything is unaligned, nothing refreshes and I can't seem to get to all of the menus. I should mention I'm on a PC (if that makes a difference which I doubt) I've tried IE7 and Opera but no luck. Title Comments New to this forum and app design.
