Nicknames

David it it possible to allow Nicknames like : Ursula O' Farrell (ie with an apostrophe) Also, how about 2ndary descriptions using double quotes as in 24 x 40 inces as 24 (double quotes) x 40 (double quotes)

Also, I noticed that if I have a Menu List called: Ursala O(single quote)Farrell ie Ursala O'Farrell, then when trying to Select a Screen of that name to add a row to another menu, it refuses to do so. I hope we can have single quotes when rows are people names like O'Neil and O'Farrell

I agree this should work and I'll look into it. However, it's important that you understand that the screens Nickname is for your control panel only, it has zero to do with the menu-item or navigation bar text. The menu item and the navigation bar text default to the nickname but are changeable. Click the menu item to change it's text without changing the nickname of the screen. Same for Nav. bars. Nicknames are meant to help you organize screens.

Ok sure thing, Thanks David. Regardless of this, as I said a couple of places are stripping off single and double quotes i.e in second line of description for example I wanted to say the size of a painting is 24 x 30 and use quotation marks not spell out the word inches but the tool stripped them off. I am sure you got that, just wanted to clarify again the Select Screen feature locked up (maybe it was just once?) when selecting a screen that had a single quote in the name.
