So..when you configure a new device in the AVD list (simulator list) are you saying that you don't see the Google 1.6 API's choice? Launch the 'testing your eclipse install video' again and pause it around the 4:00 minute mark. This is where it shows how to add a simulator running the Google 1.6 apis. Comments Giggling. See this for how to get them installed: http://code.google.com/android/add-ons/google-apis/index.html Looks like the newer releases of the SDK are shipping with them, I had to add them to my environment after getting the Android SDK.
